Another day and here it is another story to show us how cruel humans can be.

Battersea Dogs’ and Cats’ Home

In Windsor, England a couple was pulled over for a traffic stop, but the police found out that this stop was something that he never encountered before.

When the stop ended the couple gave the cop a sweet Jack Russell puppy that was in their backseat.

They explained to the officer that they had just adopted him earlier that day off a website called Gumtree, and now they simply “didn’t want him anymore.”

The poor animal was only 6 weeks old he was sooo young to even be separated from his mother.

The kind officer took the pup to Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, a nearby animal shelter.

The shelter took the pooch in to give him all the love and care he needed.

Buddy was a sweet and playful furry that shelter staff all loved him, that’s why they named him Buddy because of his friendly nature.

Battersea Dogs’ and Cats’ Home

This story is sad but is more common than we think, a lot of pets get sold online and then get abandoned from their owners when they don’t want them anymore, pets are not toys they require a lot of work and it’s better if people understand this before adopting one.

Rrehoming and welfare manager at Battersea Old Windsor, Sean Welland says that people shouldn’t buy animals from the internet that easy because what a dog requires is way more than they realise.

It’s the animal rescuers, such as Battersea, that are left to pick up the pieces.

Thankfully sweet Bud had no problems in finding a forever home only days after entering the shelter.
