I have fostered over thirty Chihuahuas through local rescues in Southern California and kept four of them. Every dog that came through my home left a mark, and some of their stories still keep me up at night. I write because I have seen how one shared story can change a dog's entire future. The right person reads it and suddenly a dog who has been overlooked for months has a home. Shelters are full of Chihuahuas that nobody thinks to look for. That is why I do this.
