EUGENE, Ore. – Poppy is a sweet older dog who will be a great companion for a loving family.
This female Chihuahua mix is a friendly little dog who is likely to get along with another small, calm dog. She will do well in a mature, quiet household where she can get plenty of love and attention. Poppy would probably be fine in a household with a dog-savvy cat.
This Chiuhahua mix arrived at Greenhill Humane Society as a stray and is estimated to be about ten years old. She has low energy and would do fine on short neighborhood walks. She also likes to be held.

This pup weighed about 6 pounds and had some dental work done at the shelter. Because she came into the shelter as a stray, little is known about her history.
Poppy’s adoption fee is $100. This fee helps pay the cost of vaccinations, microchip identification, spaying or neutering, a certificate for a free veterinary exam, post-adoption support, and more.
